Our leadership development and training programmes are designed to be tailored to your specific organisational strategy and ambition. Our core modules are then uniquely tailored to ensure that those completing the leadership programme can take away and implement tangible actions in their specific roles. Personalised goals are set prior to the start of the programme between each individual and their line manager to ensure that how they implement their learning can be measured for maximum results and impact. To ensure success, our programme includes a series of 1:1 coaching sessions after each module with the programme facilitator/coach so that learners can develop a specific action plan to take back into their role. The programme is completed with a final debrief and review between the individual, their manager and the programme facilitator/coach.
